No it cant happen because there is a Khopoli local at 21:58 which reaches Karjat at 23:53 and very soon after 15 mins Ltt - Coimbatore arrives at Karjat and Siddheshwar also follows it.
Possible bcoz LTT Coimbatore arrives Karjat at 00.07 hours followed by Siddeshwar at 00.32 hours. 22.58 Khopoli Local reaches Karjat at 23:53 and with 4 min delay it will reach at 23:57, 10 minutes before LTT CBE express...
Got a reply from CR stating that it runs directly from CSTM to Thane without any halt in contrast to the fast trains having halts at 4 stations. There is no proposal for attaching LHB coaches due to limited supply by the board.
