GOA needs a dedicated Rajdhani.Goa is frequented by both Locals as well as Foreigners.It's one of the most sought after tourist location in the country and it would be a win - win situation for all(Railways and Passengers).

That may not work out Vivek. People may seem displeased but still AK has got good demand and more over it belongs to WR and there will be issues like RSA and split services...
According to me, only a new Raj can solve the purpose.
