What are the rules for "Q" on booking window for senior citizens. Whether a seperate window is assigned or two ques allowed on single window. One for sr. ctzn and other for gen.
Have railways framed any rules in this regard.

On bigger centres, queues are maintained different for ladies / Sr. Citiens / Credit Cards, Duty Passess, Enquiries etc. etc.
On smaller centres where one or 2 queues are operated, normally Sr. Citizens are entertained without the running queue (may not be a defined rule) as is done at Mumbai Suburban stations where 1st class tickets / STs (somewhere coupon booklets too) can be obtianed ignoring the queue.

Yes as you said there are seperate counter for senior/handicapped persons at some stations. Here in Borivali (MUMBAI) there are 9 counters out of which the first counter is exclusively for senior/handicapped persons. I mean PRS counter.
