2nd AC Travellers Must Read:
I travelled with my family (pnr no. 2446005169) on April 12, 2013 from Jammu to Anand Vihar in 2nd AC coach. I have never had seen such a bad experience. 1) AC almost not working 2) Toilets were stinking very badly 3) Food supplied in the train very very poor.

Keep well away from Specials if you want to avoid such miseries.
For AC,You could have complained to TTE or guard. I too have many exp like that in 2AC. Most complains which are electrical in nature ( AC temp, plug point not working etc), are solved by technician onboard. If technician not available, complain to TTE, he will get problem rectified at next major stoppage.
