Can Ex-Government servants apply for HO and do they get preference if there is vacancy after alloting seats to High Officials such as MP's, MLA's,etc.
anyone can apply for HO but you need to have strong setup internally to get your ticket conf through HO.
I meant to say that after alloting berths to all High Officials if some berths remain vacant can Ex-Government servants get the benefit of HO Quota if applied for berth in HO.
