Contd..Caption for above pic:
Lallaguda WAP7 #30250 with the empty rake of the Secunderabad-Mumbai AC Duronto Express at Kazipet. It had stopped to collect caution orders for the run to Secunderabad. Strange practice though, to bring the empty rake all the way till Kazipet when it could well have been sidelined at Secunderabad itself

Caution order is an documented instruction which tells the Loco pilot on the speed he has to mention enroute, details of all kinds of speed restrictions be it of permanent or temporary nature are mentioned in it.
.
The LP has to strictly comply the PSR/TSR's mentioned in the C.O although they are also mentioned beside the P.Way on yellow boards. Station masters of major stations or stations with significant terrains around prepare Caution orders.

Details of KM marking beside a Track from which a caution starts to KM marking at which caution ends are also mentioned.
