Guys due to their popularity and good service,the mentioned trains deserve to be argued with AC 1St class coach
1.Kalinga Utkal Express(Being the train which carries the name of Odisha state)
2.Konark Express(Highly prestigious train of CR)(also deserves LHB rakes)
3.Neelachal SF Express(Due to popularity)(also deserves to be hauled by WAP 7)

Kerala express needs 7 rakes dude,,, tough to get LHB as they need 7 rakes.
No need re... As many depends on AC 3 tier of this train... No need to replace it with a HA coach...:(

nice blog ., make 1 for pantry-car needs like on hwh/haridwar- kumbh-upasana ., hwh-gauhati trains ., hwh-amritsar trains ., and few weekly trains where pantry is of need ..,
and many other trains where journey involves almost 2 day time travel ..

its better instead ac-1st why not ha-1 ., and extra b/3tier on many other trains ., i.e. why not increase number of coaches and make trains 18-20 bogeys like hwh-haridwar{kumbh-upasana} ., hwh - bhagalpur ., etc .. with pantry cars since for diesel routes now wdp-3 & 4 is available for super-fast routes ...
