any chances of confirmation ? or does 3AC has RAC ? so any chance to get atleast RAC ?

It will start moving as DOJ approaches..Many book it and hold will not cancel till last moment,don't worry very high chances it will confirm...

and what does that mean "Tot Seats: Avbl >345 " ?? while indianrailway site showing 22 coaches.... so accordingly it should have 1200+ seats... ?? why only 345 ?

Official site has few mistakes don't go along with that..345 means is the total seats/berths available for that quota,rest will be adjusted in other quota & Tatkal...For Tatkal it has 135 berths.
