If during journey Tte does not arrive to collect the increased due fare, then what does that mean ?

But there is a usp.. If he does not charge from any passenger, then the passenger has a good proof to cancell the ticket and file Tdr and get refund. Didnt you notice that?
yes Agreed...why will he pay from his pocket untill and unless he is a great admirer of Raja Harishchandra and Mahatma Gandhi :D
