There should be an option to tag members or at least Admins for that matter.
Sometimes we need the blog to be read by a specific member or admin.In such cases,tagging a member's name in the blog can be useful.

through hashtags,it will become a difficult thing to alert as there are chances of spelling mistakes.A tagging system will rule out such imperfections.
