I am holding a E-Ticket for 4 passengers in 3A booked in Feb. DOJ is 28th Apr. but as per latest status, only first passenger got confirmed and others are PQWL 1,2 & 3. is there any chance to get it confirmed ? if by chance only one passenger is in WL and others got confirmed, can i travel using this ticket ? please guide me.

You may face problem if boarded with least number of CNF passengers.
Such eTickets are not cancelled automatically by system but better consult TTE before boarding se whether he can allot any berth enroute.

Can you please tell me then Y is something called Partial Confirmation?
As per it, all the WL passengers names will come in the chart and they can travel if the co pax and TTE has no problem.
Seats will be alloted"SUBJECTED TO AVAILABILITY"

If E-ticket WL their names will be dropped from chart,if TTE agrees they might as well travels and need to share berth with other passengers.If available later due to any absentees he might allot to them...Thats why these partially WL E-tickets are not cancelled automatically..
Also if others in don't travel the passengers has follow the below to get refund:
Obtain certificate from the TTE /Conductor in case of PARTIALLY waitlisted e-ticket, LESS NO. OF PASSENGERS travelled,This original certificate must be sent to GGM (IT), IRCTC Ltd.,Internet Ticketing Centre, IRCA Building, State Entry Road, New Delhi-110055 after filing on-line refund request for claiming refund.
