For RailFans, seeing RAC-1/2/3 in Mumbai-UP Trains is more exciting than Election Results - rdb

mumbai rajdhani consumes 4 hours 25 mnts at the distance of 465 km(ndls-kota), average speed is approx. 105-106 kmph but by other side, this shatabdi train takes 6 hrs 5 mnts b/w ndls-asr(448 km) whilst avrg. speed is only 75 kmph which is too much less than rajdhani,while both the trains have same fare & standards,inspite of that why does this prblm occurs? is this ignorance of indian railways or NDLS -ASR track problems?
