I have booked e-ticket for 2 passengers which was waitlisted at the time of booking. Now the PNR status for passenger 1 is RAC and is WL1 for second passenger. Will both the passengers be able to board the train?

The travel is scheduled tomorrow 3rd May at 17.40 HRS from MAS to KOTA by 12969 (PNR 4803846307). I hope the status of 2nd passenger changes by then.
chart prepared and ur tkt remained in wl...
i don think tte will allow to board 2nd pax as one pax is in rac and just has a seat to sit while the other has no place at all...

Oh is it!! I thought the chart get prepared only 3-4 hours prior to journey boarding point. I was not aware that it gets prepared from originating station time
Is it correct that -
1. the partially confirmed / RAC e-ticket does not get cancel automatically (out of the two passengers one has status of RAC and second WL)
2. The name of the passenger having waitlisted status of such PNR appears in the chart and
3. TTE allows passenger to board the train

bang on...all the three are correct...the third one depends on the tte...
have read reports at iri where tte refused to allow wl pax to travel in partially confirmed ticket...
