How speed is calculated in IRI ??? For 12313, it is showing 46 between Sealdah and Durgapur having distance 164.9km and the distance is covered in 1hr. and 56min.

Again, for 12301, it is showing 67 between Howrah and Dhanbad having distance 258.8km and the distance is covered in 3hr. and 5min.
