today my father fed up when he travelled in ganga kaveri from jbp to mas he said train is slow also food quality is not nice also it didnt cover up time

Didn't check the tag, apologies, but however, there are sometimes even the SF gets trolled by the section controllers. so in that case, nothing can b done.
I also heard that GT express reaches before tamilnadhu express at NDLS and MAS even during winter season also
Exceptional is given to weekly trains dear!! for regular n aggressive schedules, the pressure on the Control Section crew is worse than a student writing an exam.
To cover the lost time, a certain slack is given usually and even though its running horribly late, then there are chances fr the train to slow down n reach its destination late.
As Pramodh bro said, GK has a good run always. so, it might had a bad run in one case. after all, u can't expect good days to live with u...

I agree with you buddy... Infact want to share my experince while travelleing in this train. First one was in year 1998, I was going to IIT chennai from Jabalpur, at that time this train use to come at morning 2:00 am in Jabalpur, on that day it was delayed by 7 hours it reached around 8 am in morning, to my surprise we reached Madras 10 min brfore time. Next experiience is of 2006 when i boraded this train again from Jabalpur , it was 3 hours dealyed in jabalpur and it reached 9 hours late in Chennai... So two diffrent experinces with this train. Well AC coached were not that clean and this train is not properly maintaned thats what i remember...
