what is present exact way for getting a tatkal ticket i.e. how many days before and what all require etc.

if your going for prs tkt u must go to rly counter and sleep thier whole night if trains your opting is long distance ,
and if your trying for ck tkt via irctc ,then u will get automatically sleep by watching irctc screen showing error error , transcation error etc.

u r very correct. it is quiet simple. when an top official controlling personnel posting, station contracts, RPF and their posting reservation etc. is willling to pay rs. 12 cr, how will he recover it. simple ultimately from us the passengers. he is not going to pay it from his pocket. pocket will be ours. surely he would have thought to earn 24 cr after getting the post for which bribe was paid. really we are shame and our system is fully shame. no transparency in any thing at all.
