railfanvandebharat 15 blog postsHi guys, I booked the 3AC ticket foe this train through IRCTC and later I cancelled it on 25th April. IRCTC website is showing that the money is refunded on 30th April but in my account no money has been deposited on that date and till date I have not received any money. Kindly help me, where should I contact and what happen in these type of cases usually?? Plzz help
contact the irctc .. they will solve your prob in a better way. if your account is showing that the money is being refunded then it should be credited in your bank account.
many times the bank d'nt credit the amount due to some technical failures , so its better if you contact both your bank and irctc
