For the below fare break-up, if ticket is cancelled 4 hours before departure, IR says 25% will be deducted. So, will it be 25% of 368 (base fare) or 25% of 470? Or is service charge fully refunded (so it is 25% of 453)?

I dont get you, do you mean to say, 75% of 368 will be given to me (I will lose reservation and SF charges too?)
I think 25% of 453 will be deducted, ie, 113.25. Service tax of 17 rupees will be refunded fully. But, service tax of 3.708% will be again cut on amount deducted, which is 3.708% of 113.25 = 4.20 rupees. So, total deduction will be 113.25+4.20 = 118 rupees.
Could somebody confirm pls?
