I suggest moderator sir to provide a addition tab button as Suggestion to Railway board which is selected from the blogs of our member and deem fit to send railway board for do needful on the issue as suggested.
This will help the traveller to be benefited with the additional issues which can only be resolved by railway board/Ministry.

Indian Government has already Public Grievance Redress online portal for all department/Ministry including Indian Railways. You can register there and log your complaint and also view what action taken .
