When in the world has IRCTC ticket-booking process happened as expected? This is to be expected. But it is a great relief, even better relief to find that the berth was still lying vacant for one hour. So, this senior citizen's name was written on the berth and you were destined to get it. I cannot help getting philosophical, but what else to do when dealing with IRCTC, more so at peak hours.
