hai guys .i am going to hyd on 22.i took tickect from cct to sc yesterday.Kakinada Port Secunderabad Gowthami SF Express/12737. when it was RAC124.now it was WL-15.so will it be confirmed .what happens when the chart moves from RAC to WL.??

WHEN i took it was rac124.now.it came to WL..i too not undestand how this haeppens..rac to wl...
today I saw a pnr.. it was cnf, wl 1,wl2 before chart preparation.. After the chart is prepared. it's wl 1,2,3.. how?
Downgradation. An extremely rare scenario but existant. Happens mostly due to excessive VIP movement in the train.
