If you have an e-ticket and after chart preparation it is still in WL, money will get refunded automatically to the account used for purchasing it.
If you have purchased ticket from a computerized reservation counter, you can visit any reservation counter and fill up form for cancellation+original ticket and give it to clerk on window, you will get your money refunded in cash.
