do the railwayofficials have clear cut rules for alloting a train WDP 4 or they just do it randomly..

Also some sheds like ET and PUNE give twin alcos to 20+ coach trains while in others wdp4 are common.
in NWR they give WDP 4 to 15 coach train like jaipur bhopal exp
and jaipur udaipur exp
and at the same time give WDM3A to 24 coach train like mewar exp
and jaipur udaipur exp
and at the same time give WDM3A to 24 coach train like mewar exp
WDP4 for 15 coaches and WDM for 24 coaches Gr8 !!! My fav trains KK 24 coacher gets ET Twins Goa 22 coacher Pune Twins and both the KSKs KJM WDP4 rockin na ?
