Im having a tatkal ticket but im not able to travel on that ticket and charting is being done so i want to know that if i file tdr after departure of the train then will i receive any refund...????

jinko tatkal nahi mila unke bare me sochiye...apne to ek ticket book kar k safar bhi nahi kar paye aur kuch logo ko tkt hi nahi mil paya, kya ye nainsaafi nahi hai?
bhai 100 se jyada abhi bhi avlbl tha charting hone se jst pehle tk... why r u looking at other side bro... i not travelling because of some serious reason... dil pe kyu le rhe ho yaar..
well, i agree...atleast 25% of fare should be refunded to those not willing...but then the new rule is implemented to make sure, that ones and only ones who are willing to travel book their tickets...pros and cons...weighed out...
