Which is better to reach aurangabad:
1. Getting down at Bhusawal and take bus.
2. Getting down at Manmad and take train to Awb
which will be time saving.

you can take a bus from BSL/JL you will be reached in less time but it will be cost more than train...
As you said first you are planning to board train from NDLS, so I suggest take direct train /train/1421/664/1669....
but if you have some plans to prefer Bus ,please elaborate...
MMR is just one stop prior to AWB distance of 113 kms...
BSL is three stops to AWB distance is 298 kms...

Please wait - I am checking on MSRTC Website and will let you know shortly.
Please get down at Jalgaon instead of Bhusaval / Manmad. There are plenty of buses from Jalgaon to Aurangabad.
.
Jalgaon to Aurangabad - MSRTC Buses @ 16.30, 17.00, 17.30, 19.30. You may also enquire about pvt. buses. The Main Bus Stand is located nearby to the station.

Thanks a lot sir for favor, the journey has been completed as:
Ndls to MMR by Karnataka Express
Manmad to Yeola and Yeola to Aurangabad by bus.
Manmad to auranabad to go by bus there's a need to change at yeola. Bt frequency is really gd.
