Dear Moderator
Is there any way to stop bloggers from repeating the same message many times. for e-g, today, jul-4, 09, there are 17 messages with similar comments -with 9 trains repeated (2947, 2948 with similar comments and other new comments also of the same language.)
Is any filter possible?
This is not the only instance, a few had already come before....
