I travelled in this train which was partially confirmed window tatkal ticket on 16th may from dhanbad. Can i get refund of the waitlisted passenger and what is the time interval of getting refund????

Its not necessary as such approach SM at the station and get a TDR or else if you are going to Dhanbad again you can try it out there itself,you need to get this TDR with in 30 Days from date of scheduled travel.
