there shud be medical emergency kota along with tatkal . 2-3 seat or bearth can be left vacant for people who want to use . and want to go for treatment. wht u say member ?
wo bhi dalal ya railway ke afsar log kha lenge. jisko zarurat hogi usko nahi milega.
I feel, some kind of provision is available for this.. We just need to check from the authorities..
Already there are enough quotas which are exploited by agents to the fullest.. especially the higher official quota, tatkal quota etc.. more quota means more exploitation...
They should give tickets in this quota upon proper verification of medical reports.....
