From 25th May 2013, new passenger services between Salem-Karur will begin according to Salem Divisional manager Sujata, a news daily said. Regular running of this passenger will commence from 27th May as per Time table. But I could not figure out in which railway budget and time table this train is announced???

I got the point now. Also, add, 12653/12654 Mangalore-Tiruchchirappalli exp to Puducherry. (I do not know how the TT for this train will be, but announced in the budget).
No doubt that, MS-PLNI will draw attention of lot of people from Dindigul, Karur and Namakkal. Because, this train is more of an originating train for them and finding reservation is easier than other Chennai bound trains which is full packed by the time it reaches to Dindigul/Karur.
