Falaknuma is fine but not East Coast Exp. It has got so many halts. Bailgaadi hai wo. Passengers would definitely prefer Falaknuma and then this AC Exp.
As far as I learned AC exp is introduced for failure of duronto exp in some cases. Duronto exp was introduced for fast connectivity between important places with rajdhani like features. This train does'nt belong to any one category.
I think Hyderabad is the destination which can be travelled by alternative route, other places like Bangalore, Chennai,TVC have to follow BBS-BZA route which is already covered by uncountable trains and congested.
