This train can reach Nizamuddin at around 9-9.15am.Why does this train run with an average speed of just 60kmph between Mathura and Nizamuddin when many Superfast trains run at a speed of around 65-70kmph in this section.Replys are most welcomed

Its given a slack time between mathura and nzm to cover up any delays if any.
Moreover in the morning there's heavy traffic between mathura-nzm and hence this train is made to run behind other superfasts without overtaking them.

No heavy traffic during its run from mathura and nizamuddin.Andhra pradesh exp.runs almost 1 hour 1o minutes ahead of this train and mathura new delhi exp is however over taken by GR.And second point is that this train is almost bang on time at mathura or even before its schedule time
