they can simply tell its masala vada or some other vada so that ppl don't get fool. I myself got cheated twice.
and talking about idly dosa sambar chutney.... i'm from bihar and my mom at home cooks much better idly dosa then I got to eat in Bangalore or any other south india city in last 4 yrs. I really miss that mom made idly dosa when I don't find any option to eat.
