A query.... A, B & C are three stations B being in the middle..
First, i booked a ticket from A to C...later i want to keep it from A to B only...can same PNR can be retained and reservation can be amended?
or I have to cancel this ticket and book a new one?

If B comes before C and currently A to B seats are not available then keep this same PNR.
If B comes after C then in any case you have to book a fresh ticket.
If B comes after C then in any case you have to book a fresh ticket.
