I have a question regarding the PNR predictions, i have a reservation in August Kranti Delhi to Mumbai for 5th june, waitlist 33 2nd Ac and i got 7 comments, most of them telling me that it will confirm.I asked the rational didnot get any answer, so just wanted to know on what basis these predictions are made and how reliable they could.I have a flight ticket against the train ticket and will have to use/cancel it.So was curious.

Predictions are made on basis of earlier trends of clearance of WL...You can see the PNR section of the train for the trend.
Generally made on previous experiences, class of travel, type of waiutlist etc
its generally reliable but there are many cases where "clean sweep" has been observed.

i saw somebody asking on the same site about additional coaches, so how would you know if they are going to add any and when would they decide to.
The tatkal procedure for the booking, is it the same as of a day before and stand in a queue on the ticket counter or online (hardly works) or you guys have some better way.
