Sir, charting is final!!
RLGN do have linkage with GEN Quota (from the starting station). The berth booked under GEN Quota & vacating @ ur boarding station, will have direct impact on ur WL Clearance, along with Remote Quota of ur Station!!
But in any case, position after charting, is paramount!!
