Perfect.. It's AP.....AP state lost close to 500 lives in one week during the peak summer. Temperatures rose upto the highest of 50 C at Manuguru on a given day. This pic was posted on Deccan Chronicle on the next day.....explaining the situation....I accept that the same pic might have actually been copied from Allahabad as explained. But it was used to explain how the people in AP suffered from dehydration, collapsed suddenly and lost lives.
