When First Waitlist ticket in released it read as:
WL1/WL1
Subsequently the series goes.
Let say it goes till:
WL6/WL6
before...
more...
booking of next ticket, 3 confirmed ticket get cancelled hence 3 WL ticket get cleared.
so next ticket would be booked as
WL7/WL4
The first number denotes the WL Sequence number.
The second number denoted the effective wait-list position at time of booking.
