Is there any recent news about speed trial done by CRS commissioner to increase speed in Villupuram-Katpadi section?
yes,recently this past week CRS conducted another high speed trial between VM-KPD in 100 kmph and reached vlr in two hours so from july 1st we can expect trains running at gud speed between vm-kpd running time will come down to two hours,also trains could be speeded up in vm-kpd from july 1st....
Hm yes but i read in newspapers that one more speed test to be conducted. So is this possible to conduct within this month? So that from July 1st speed wil be increased or if they conduct after July is it possible to increase the speed in August September or we should wait for next year July? Pls clarify the same......
no, after final test CRS to conduct the track strength,they will give the nod to trains to increase speed,from july month we can expect a major change in speed.....
K i'm eagerly awaiting for July 1st... If Villupuram - Katpadi section was speeded upto 110 kph then it would be a big boon for lots and lots of people, Pilgrims, commuters, students, patients... Wow it will be GREAT...
