I have a partially confirmed eticket with one passenger wait listed and one confirmed on the same ticket in AC first class Rajdhani train. Wanted to know refund rules between 24 hours and chart preparation.
Situation: I have a second confirmed separate train ticket which I need to cancel accordingly which departs 6 hours before Rajdhani.....

before d chart preparation only clearkage charges will ne withdrawn!!!and 1 wl in raj 1ac will get cleared most likely coz some seats under ho quota will be unused
