Hi, can someone please clarify based on what logic all are marking the prediction for my PNR as "confirm"

That's each predictor's perception.
Number of factors affect it.Like the train,the qouta,the RAC/WL number,Available seats and so on....

'Available' is the total quota of seats available between that pair of station.
Admins are not related necessarily related to railway officials.Even if they do,it has nothing to do with this site.

For my train, How are we saying the available quota is > 45?
As I verified in the erail.in site, for 3AC class, both the available tatkal quota and Head Quarters quota are 8. So it cannot be greater than 16. And no other quotas are available for this train. ...
