FIRST RUN BANGALORE - MARIKUPPAM MEMU NEW RAKES .

The inaugural run of the newly commissioned rakes for Bangalore - Bangarpet - Marikuppam MEMU replacing the old rakes. MEMU gives a lovely set of honks as it speeds towards Bangalore Cantonment. The horn is very much similar to that of a ALCo Horn.

So it took about 18 days for SWR to press the new rakes into service. Looks clean and bright from the outside.
