The homing capacity of ERS was just 32 locos in the year 2010 which would have been augmented to 48. So not even 50, forget triple digits as a few heavyweight sheds have.
though mostly nowadays many diesel SR trains have been getting EMDs......the ERS locos are usually very long runners.........ie they are used for very long runs like for eg.......TVC to veraval, ....etc.....but now they seem to lose to EMDs.....anyways ERS is a small shed and has less number of locos compared to biggies like ED, KTE
Only in some GRs, I have observed this bluish-green livery. Otherwise its simply deep green.
