Looks like it has been removed from the server or deleted or god knows what else but this is the only link which we have......guess we came in too late as earlier members were able to access the file.

the existing time of 22404 is 23:50 ( not 22:50), may be they are changing it to 23:30 (not 22:30). check the mistakes in railways new TT.
Alterig TN's timings will mean TN will be on GT's heels-so may be a typo error
