because dhauli and rupasi combo ws the first train to leave hwh...next being jan shatabdi wd higher fare and then ispat that leaves a bit too late...plenty of daily pax to kgp from hwh and all wl board dhauli...as i ws posted at midnapur for 1 year, i know very well the daily rush to kgp...
But 15 Mins stop at Kgp, means Janshatabdi will overtake it at Kgp

Another train for which there will not be loco change at Kharagpur. Few days ago 4 trains were bypassed eliminating KGP to stop at Hijli for no loco reversal at KGP. This can be d reason.
please do not change the 12883/12884 rupasi bangla exp from SRC. It creates problems many passengers like me to go direct to PRR or BQA. Please keep it from HWH
