in order to avoid the delay of 12134 what should be done is put back the timing of 12134 till 20:00 or so thereby if the pairing train 12133 is late then there are lesss chancess of getting delay and also ders no dedicated train to mumbai in the nite!!!!this can follow the same pattern of matsygandha which has a buffer between the 2 pairing trains!
