why we will suffer late and late in IR.there is no importance of time in IR.

True,IR trains are hardly on times.But,we cannot blame IR for this delay.Sometimes nature,technical reasons do make the trains late.Chain pulling,stone throwing,rail roko are also reasons for delays.Moreover,50% culprit is IR and 50% culprit are People.
Also,IR runs almost 1000 trains PER DAY and a large dense system with 100 crore people travelling which itself is a difficult task to manage.

Natural calamity or technical problem is not happen everyday.see the average delay in NDLS-HWH route.
80% trains on schedule (includes delay of upto 1 hour). LOL !!! If this is the concept of punctuality in IR then you can imagine what would be about concepts of punctuality and cleaniness.
