Prs ticket can be cancel at prs counter at any time
I ticket can be booked online but for cancellation you have to go to PRS station
eticket can be cancel online till chart preparation , and after chart preparation you can fill online TDR after 24 hours and if your ticket is in waitlist after chart preparation then it will get cancel automatically.
