/pnr/post/789390Reached the YPR station at 8:00 pm, 50 minutes before actual departure. With too much of luggage including cloths to be donated to Uttarakhand Victims, We all slowly climbed the stairs on PF #1 and walked onto PF#5. The train did not arrive yet onto the platform. We waited for 10 minutes and that's when the Garibrath slowly reversed onto the PF.
We got into the G12. The A/C was switched on. The overhead vent was closed, I had really spend 10 minutes to open it to the fullest as it was too tight. Then making my wife sit inside the coach, I got down with my kid to take him to show the engine which would haul us to BMT. It was WDM3A # 18794 of KZJ. We took couple of snaps and found a WDS6 going back in to the yard after doing its job of shunting some rake. Clicked it. Then it was time for my kid to buy maaza. My kid started crying expecting that the train woudl leave the station before he embarks on it. His favorite GREEN Train. I made him sit inside and then and got down with my cam to take some snaps of the train. Then in comes the Hubli Bangalore passenger followed by SBC-NZA rajadhani followed by late running KTK Sampark Kranthi. Took some snaps and got into the train to talk to my kid about the journey.
The train departed at 8:55 pm and speeded after crossing LOGH. We finished home made dinner Pooris, Dal & Rice by 10:00 pm and my kid fell asleep. Sad part is that we got two middle births and thought it's not safe to sleep in the middle birth with 3 year old kid. The TTE said he would accommodate us in some lower birth after checking is done. Since the kid fell asleep, we asked a young guy aged about 27 years who was alloted a lower birth to provide us with the same and sleep on MB. That guy said, "Aap ka seat hai na, tho aap hi vusme sojaana.!" I didn't like this arrogance. But can't help so asked another guy, "sare sir.. parledu adjust avuthanu". We thanked him and occupied one LB and one MB. I took LB and made my kid sleep with me. My god, I couldn't sleep thinking of any inconenience that I might cause without my knwoledge".
My god..I was half asleep and found my kid sitting on the dining tray and peeping out of the glass window. I asked him, "What are you doing ?". He replies," Dad, the blue train might pass and I don't want to miss it", in telugu. He just loves trains.
At 4:00 am 20 minutes late, the train reached RC. I tried to sleep and then slept for some time after sending the kid to his mom. He didnt sleep there too, but I slept and until 6. I saw the train passing KQT. After a while the kid slept and i came out to the door to take some snaps of the train. We then crossed TDU and VKB. At VKB, I captured the parellel action of Garibrath and Sainagar Shirdi Express. We thought the train would halt at LPI, but it didn't it did stop at BTNR, but just before the platform. Before we tried to get down, the train started moving so we held on. It did stop at FNB and we alighted there. After waiting for my brother in law who was waiting for us at BMT to come to FNB by MMTS, we left from there.... While we waited, the SNSI BZA express that we saw at VKB entered & halted at FNB after 15 minutes from Garibrath's departure to BMT.
