Is there a way to get details of Passengers who were waitlisted and not confirmed till last minute? I wish to offer them other modes of transport like air, road etc at a reduced price... How can I generate this information. I need specifically the origin and destination details and contact details. In our country lot of seats go vacant in the alternate transportation sectors which can be put to efficient use. I appreciate any assistance on above. Thanks. Raman
a leading travel company had implemented this model. an option for WL pax to enter their PNR and if its WL then the site would pop up discounted airfares!!
If this is a business model, then you are not supposed to do here unless you get a nod from mod.
