I m big fan of IR and god garce now in position to afford 1 AC for long distance Rajdanies etc. I had planned number of times to travel in AC1, but sceptical about getting 2 seater coupe( of course these trips are planned with wife) and at last moment got tcikets canceled.
My question is that if I am paying the money then why a VIP or MP or HO (who will travel fress of cost) will get preferance over me? Why even after making full payments around 60-90 days in advance births numbers are not allocated creatin mental agony. I think suretly will be given at time of booking itself to a person who is making full payment instead...

of leaving him to wait till chart prepartion or liberty should be given to cancel ticket at nominal charges if person doesnt want to travel in mentioned seat. Could anyone please guide about exact rule regarding this or any chances of change in this. If yes, approach path please..
